CPA-Client relationship requires complete trust. You can
be assured that we carry out our commitment with complete
confidentiality. Your business is important to us. We will
keep you informed of your work and our progress as we go
along. Sometimes we will communicate by telephone, letter
or in person. Please feel free to call us with questions
at any time.

Our
ultimate goal is to provide our clients with the highest
quality of accounting, management and financial services
in a timely and efficient manner and for a reasonable fee.
We encourage further inquiries about the services we provide
and specific billing arrangements.

| APPOINTMENTS | ||
Office
consultations are normally conducted by appointment during
normal business hours. Under special circumstances, an
appointment can be made for an evening or weekend. In some
cases we visit our clients.

| FEES | ||
Fees
will be discussed during our free initial consultation.
However, the following general information may be helpful
to you.
Many services are performed on an hourly basis. In some cases a retainer is required prior to commencing work. Also, a flat monthly fee can be arranged. If your account reflect a balance due, we do ask that payment be made within a reasonable time. In some matters such as preparing a simple Will, assisting in obtaining a loan, representing you or making an Offer in Compromise with the IRS, a flat fee is charged. We do not charge a contingent fee. Costs billed to the firm, such as long distance telephone calls, fax charges, printing or other reproduction charges are the responsibility of the client and are not part of the fees. |
